National Church Purchasing Group, Inc. (NCPG) is committed to providing a secure and efficient payment experience for churches, schools, and ministries. This Payment Policy outlines accepted payment methods and related terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

NCPG accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

For approved customers, check payments may be accepted as an offline payment method. Check payments must be received and cleared prior to order processing. To arrange a check payment and confirm eligibility, contact customerservice@ncpg.net.

Non-Accepted Payment Methods

Digital wallet payments are not accepted at this time, including Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment Processing

Credit Card Payments: All online transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant platform. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. An order confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.

Check Payments: For approved customers, orders paid by check are held until payment is received and cleared. This process typically takes 5–7 business days. Order processing begins after funds have cleared, and standard shipping timelines will apply.

Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment Issues

If a payment is declined or fails, notification will be sent by email with instructions to resolve the issue. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.

If a check is returned due to insufficient funds or other issues, NCPG will contact you to arrange an alternative form of payment. Additional fees may apply.

Security

NCPG uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect payment information. All transactions are processed in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Policy Updates

NCPG may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
