2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

3. Order Processing

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirming your order. Please review your order details and contact us promptly if changes are needed.

Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EDT may be processed the same business day.

Custom, special-order, bulk, or freight-sensitive orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you if additional time is required.

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with established carriers and freight providers to fulfill orders based on product type, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Freight Shipping: 7–14 business days for large or heavy shipments

6. Freight Shipments

Scheduling:
Freight shipments include tracking information when available. Contact us if delivery scheduling or special services (such as liftgate or inside delivery) are required. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery:
Freight deliveries are typically made to the curbside or nearest accessible delivery point.

Please inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage and contact us immediately at customerservice@ncpg.net

Failure to document damage at delivery may impact the ability to file a claim.

Additional Fees:
Additional freight charges may apply for remote locations, special delivery requirements, or access limitations.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

8. Missed Deliveries

Incorrect Address:
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Carriers may attempt redelivery or leave instructions. Please follow the carrier’s guidance.

Returned Packages:

Lost Packages:
