Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns. Additional supplier, freight, or other return-related charges may apply depending on the product and return circumstances.
Returns should not be sent back without prior approval. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Damages and Issues
Customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Any freight damage, concealed damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported directly to the delivering carrier and clearly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Customer must also notify our customer service department within 24 hours of reporting the damage to the carrier.
No refunds, returns, replacements, or claims will be accepted for damages not declared with the freight company or delivery provider at the time of delivery acceptance.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Special-order items
- Perishable goods
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Certain products may also be non-returnable due to manufacturer or supplier restrictions.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us for approval and instructions.
Once the original return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
