Cancellation Policy

National Church Purchasing Group, Inc. (NCPG) is committed to assisting customers with order changes when possible prior to shipment. Because many of our products are commercial, made-to-order, special-order, or shipped directly from manufacturers, cancellation options may vary depending on the product and the stage of processing.

Order Cancellation Requests

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and contact information with your request.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped and has not entered production or special-order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order without penalty.

Some items begin processing shortly after an order is placed. If an order has already been submitted to a manufacturer, entered production, or been scheduled for freight, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to supplier charges, freight charges, or restocking fees.

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Once shipped, any request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, if the item is eligible for return.

Custom, Special-Order, and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and special-order items may not be canceled once production has begun or once the order has been placed with the supplier or manufacturer.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not cancel an order or eliminate responsibility for shipping or return-related charges.

Orders refused after shipment may be subject to return freight charges, original shipping charges, supplier fees, and applicable restocking fees.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment or before non-reversible processing begins, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
